By opting to use the chatbot service of GoldStandard Wealth, you as the Client and your authorized intermediary consent to the storage, process, transfer, and transmission of your Personally Identifiable Data (PID) and Know Your Customer (KYC) data through WhatsApp/Email/SMS/Web and other third-party service providers & agents and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions related to data storage and data retention as per the TRAI guidelines, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and any other applicable laws of the land and internal policies of GoldStandard Wealth as a data fiduciary.
These terms include, but are not limited to, the following:
